Yes, I ended up dealing with C, G, & J Heat Transfer, specifically a Phillip Cochran, mostly via e-mail, but they were really quick to respond at almost any time, and very easy to work with.

I just sent them a rough sketch of what I wanted and some of the details on what engine and setup was and they worked up an official drawing for me to sign off on. The price was lower then I was expecting (about $700 if I remember correctly, plus shipping) and the turn-around was about two weeks shipped.

Mine is a basic square down-flow design, two row 3" thick with flanges to mount to the stock location. I had them add a rear mounted filler neck (a little tube that sticks out with the rad cap built into it) because I had planned to have the intercooler tubing come over the top of the radiator. That meant it's not as big as it could be, but I'm hoping it should be plenty large enough between the thickness, aluminum construction, cooler running diesel, and having two electric fans to help.

I had wanted to go a little thinner for packaging reasons but they recommended the thicker core due to the smaller size, and my big concern was to not too drastically reduce original cooling capability so I went with their recommendation.

The radiator cap looking thing on the top is actually a filler cap for my surge tank. It sits in between the intercooler pipes.

Only thing I don't like about it is I didn't get the lower radiator hose connection angle quite right, I made it work but that was my fault in design, not theirs. I made it work but I would have probably just gone with a 90 if I were doing it again.

I'd also have considered having a pair of bosses mounted on the bottom tank of the radiator to hold my power steering cooler, again I made it work but I hadn't worked out the details when I spec'd the radiator either.
