Hi all,

I spent way to much time trying to find what I thought would be easy to discover, that is wheelbase data for the various Dodge models. I didn't have much luck with the non-military vehicles, but I was able to collect a bunch on the various military models. I'll put it all here for future generations:

(WB inches) = (turning radius)

1/2 ton WC
116 = 25'2" (WC12)
123 = 26'10" (WC9)

3/4 ton WC
98 21'8" (WC51)
114 24'6" (WC53)
121 26'3" (K50)

M trucks
112 25' (M37)
126 27' (M43)

I suspect that the M37/43 data are rounded and it shows in the above graph. I also don't have any Power Wagon information, if you can believe it.

I put this together because my frame is busted under the cab-side rear spring perches on both sides, and I was wondering how my turning circle would improve if I removed that section of frame (been plowing, and tired of the multipoint turns). It looks to be roughly 1' of turning radius for every 5" of wheelbase.
