Second window seal

I noticed on Dan Ms pictures of the crew cab on the last thread. There was a second seal between the window and the cab. There is certainly room for one and I was looking at the gap and thinking of placing a seal in the space, this was on my Carryall.
What would be a good source for a seal material like that, and what size, does it have a name? Anyone else done this?
