Interior Color Question

I'm starting to get my body and paint work done, starting with the cab. What was the factory color(s) for the transmission cover, floor pans, kick panels, and inside door panels? I'm thinking the transmission cover was the same as the cab color (red, green, blue, etc.) and the rest were black, but would like to know for certain.
