Hercules Diesel Conversion?

The discussion of the Carryall in Houston got me wondering. Does anybody know how the MARS conversion bolt up? Do they redrill the Dodge flywheel housing to bolt directly to the Hercules block, or is there a plate between the two bolted to each?
