OK now I see it is a flat plate on top of the cast iron leaf spring holder. Looks like I get to make new plates and drill out a couple bolts to do it right. Wow 24 or so leafs on the stack. Never counted mine yet. It would be nice to find a exploded view of that part. Sure hope that is a flat plate and not a bearing cap?? I see you have looked yet on yours.
