I got the cab and front sheet metal back from the cleaners last week. No real surprises lurking under the paint, though there was some rust-through in the back of the cab. The compound curves in the floor will be tricky to repair. Anyone have some words of wisdom they can share?
This dent/crease above the driver's door is going to give me some trouble too. I have a replacement panel from another cab for it, but I think it will be less work to try to straighten this area out. I could use some suggestions here as well.
I can rebuild anything mechanical on these Power Wagons, but bodywork is a whole new world for me and I'm not confident I can make it look good when I'm done.
