On the cabin heater feed from the Block, Cummins runs steel tube up hidden behind the exhaust manifold. Ha!, it rusted through and coolant was released like a river. I by-passed all that stupid pipe and re-routed the feed. Ran 5.8" heater hose, no steel tube. Works fine....my fingers will never be the same again ha ha
