Jerry: If you have the clutch and brake assemblies out, you may want to think about replacing the bushings. VPW has a nice set that works pretty good. The picture here is what my brake bushing and pin looked like when I took mine apart. The pin presses out (or hammers out..) and the bushing was so far worn it came right out too.
