At our old church, which was very pro military. I would drive our 1943 Ford jeep to church on memorial day. I have a Chaplains kit that would be placed across the hood. The pastor would hold the entire service from the hood of the jeep. A Chaplains helmet was used as the offering plate and was passed around. I would also stick M1 Garands in the ground with there bayonets. A helmet from each service was placed on the rifle. It was a great service!
Now, I just drive the M37 to the church we attend, the kids love the truck.
