This looks like the truck that used to be in the Twin Falls area ...it was not a factory made truck it was made from a W500 frame with a single cab W500 then into a crew cab truck and the motor was part of the build at this time . The guy who built it had it for sale a few years ago ,the owner was asking around $15000.00
