Headlights?!? We don' need no steenkin' headlights! (O.T.)

So, I installed these very cool LED headlamps - four of them - in my 40-foot motorhome. And, for some obscure reason, when you turn them on, only the high-beams function.

There's power to all four buckets... if you have three LEDS and one (low-beam) halogen, they all come on. The low-beam LEDS, of course, have three blades, so that they stay lit when the high beams are on. They can only be plugged in one way.

I'm confused...
