Mark, that will work fine. Same concept I use when I shoot a truck. I make a huge tent out of the sheet plastic. For ventilation, I use a Fire Dept Smoke Ejector in suck mode. On the opposite end, I cut holes in the plastic and duct tape in 2 large furnace filters (the good ones) with 2 filters in each opening. Its better to suck the air out and let the filters do their job. The 2 filters on top of each other in each opening.

Its not a commercial spray booth, but the best I can do in the frozen wilderness. It really works very well. And before you shoot, lightly spray the floor with water to keep floor dust from blowing.
