Not sure. What's a MW300? Are you looking for a WM300 FFPW cab? If so, according to the model year detail on the home page here, that year still had a 230 engine. Then, any 1960 and earlier cab will work although, I gather, there were some minor differences over the years. Perhaps, a search of the archives will yield the differences. The closer the cab is to a 1960, probably the better it would be for you.
The guy selling the Ebay cab is selling a lot more than just the cab. He is selling a failed project that may or may not be a complete truck.
A set of good doors probably go for as much or more than a good cab. Do you need the cab with doors? I would think you could find a solid cab without doors for around $300. Shipping is the problem if the cab is not located near you.
If the cab is in bad shape, often the rest of the truck is too. Sometimes, it's cheaper in the long run to just buy a better truck.
