radiator leak in my 52 Power wagon

truck started to leak anti freeze out of the radiator today. just dripping , for the moment. Before i take it out and see if i can have it fixed. Any thoughts on the stop leak products ? I hear both good and bad. I do not know enough about them and dont want to plug up the cooling system. Thank you
