I'll answer my own question. NO. If I am correct, there are three different PTO's for the WDX-WM300 series trucks. A first series (up-to type), second series (after-type), and third series (for the NP420).

Of course, I need the least common second series (after-type). Anyone have one for sale? I have a NP420 and PTO (out of a 64 FFPW) if anyone is interested?
