That's about what my STA 900 16s are. It's funny, because all 900 16s used to be at least 36". Maybe if you put 60# of air in them? At least they don't "claim" the tire to be 36", so I guess that's how they get away with it.
In the lumber world, dimensions are only nominal. 5/4" used to mean 1 1/4". Now it is closer to 1 1/16". There is an engineered trim product (pressed sawdust and glue). When they say the board is 5/4, it is actually 1". And their 4/4 is actually 3/4". I wonder how that is really legal?
