But not in Washington state. Turkey has built dams that are depriving Iraq and Syria of Water. Dams are being built in Central Africa that deprive other countries of their historical water rights.
Food producing areas of India are already in severe water overdraft as are volatile regions in the Middle East. The next wars may be over water and food.
