I recognize that it's work, but I've taken a couple axles in and out of trucks before and it wasn't that big a deal. A good floor jack, a couple jackstands, and a few hand tools are all you need. If it's too much for you call a friend to help out for the heavy lifting. In my mind if you want to sell something as "ran when parked" or not rolling you should expect to get a lot less for it. I've loaded trucks that don't roll before and it can be a real pain. Most shippers won't deal with anything that doesn't run let alone not roll.
