This is how I built the baffle chambers inside the tank. The bottom was 1 piece of steel 8ft by 12 ft. When welding I had to tack it all over the place to keep it square and flat. I had to jack the 3/16" steel up to fit the square baffles. This took some time. When I was done the tank was within 1/4" of being square. That is a lot of steel to weld and have it come out that way.
