1950 FFPW Heater Switch Question

Hi guys, I have to replace the resistors on my heater fan switch (for the low & medium speeds). Where can I find the tool to unscrew the bezel to get the switch out ( looks like it has 4 slots to grab onto)? Has anybody replaced the resistors with the switch in place? Also, does anyone know which resistors I should use now that I switched to 12V? (That's how I burned out the stock resistors)
