Level the frame and check it out for square. If you eliminate the frame as the source of the problem you are down to checking the cab for square…… Out with the port power….
Your front window fit will tell you if the cab is twisted, door fit being the second thing.
You can cut out the steering notch and move it over…… I did that, but 1 inch in the other direction,,,,different steering box though.
