Yes you can! There are nuts you use to replace the current nut and these also have outer threads on them. You take off the wheel flip it around and use these nuts to hold it in place. Then you place the second rim on and use a second larger nut to hold the second rim on. I have some of these but not a set. I had a wrecker that I sold that had them and left me with extras. You also need a special socket to tighten down the first nut.
