16.5 tires are engineered for 16.5 wheels
each 16.5 tire is designed to fit and work
on a specific width 16.5 wheel
tire fitment is not horseshoes / hand grenades where close is enough
put a 16.5 on a 16in wheel air it up and you
won't have to worry about balls because they
will be gone
