...what IS the max diameter for WDX-WM300 brake drums? I have in my notes that 14.220 is max but haven't been able to confirm this with a published source. I took two of my drums to a local shop that I use (neighborhood Texaco) and he told me I have over .0050 deep grooves and doesn't want to turn them due to liability. He doesn't have a drum mic big enough so I don't know what the actual diameter is.

My next step is to head to a 'big truck' shop and have them mic'd, but I need to know the absolute max before I proceed. If I HAVE to, I will buy new drums....
