I had a truck(newer style) with the same problem as it was used to spread fertilizer. 2 lugs were rusted fast and one wheel wouldn't slip off the hub. Took it to the local Midas for a free brake inspection. I sat back and watched them work out their tools and when they were done I said thanks and left. Kevin
