Mine is a non pressurized system. Works just fine. Never have seen it get hot at all. The radiator seems to be nicely sized to the engine. It has a large tank on top to hold a lot of extra coolant. My carry all does not do as well with the V8 in it. The system is marginal. It unlike the PW it has a much smaller tank and holds a lot less coolant. If you look at the hood line between the PWs and 3/4 tons the PW has much more space above the radiator core which is devoted to the larger tank on top of the radiator.
