the trans looks to be the gm equivalent of
a NV3500, which is the type of trans in my wife's 96 Ram 1500. A light duty trans with a regular 1st gear (not low 1st), and OD. No PTO outlet. Too long to use in your PW.
It does not appear to be a SAE#3 flywheel housing, which is adapatable to other trans.
But an SAE#3 should be relatively easy to obtain.
If it has not been started in a while, drain and refill the fuel filter before starting it up.
Wish I had one.
