cheapest would be foryou to come up and get it with a trailer...but that would be about a 10 hr drive one way and probably $500 in gas...
You could talk to Dennis Sherman...I thought I read he does shipping here and there if he's going that way. Wouldn't hurt to ask since he's in MA also.
Other than that, asking this forum who can deliver it for you...if they have a back trip empty trailer you may get a pretty good price...
A frame is heavy and tough to deliver (no wheels)...it may cost a good amount to deliver...
