T-123 engine with Clark 5 speed

The engine number of my 1940 VD-15 truck starts with T123. It is mated to a Clark 5-speed transmission and appears to have stock mounts, but I know this combo was not original to the VD-15 truck. Could someone look up the original application for the T123 engines? There may be a source of easily adapted 5-speeds for Power Wagons to be found here. Thanks for the help.
