Compression is the same, general spec are the same. Looks like the PW has a different cam, probably for more low end torque. Also valves are adjusted a bit wider on the truck. The parts book shows a different # for the cranks, but spec wise they are the same. Hollanders shows you can directly interchange. Doubt if you can tell the difference.
