Rear Main Seal Replacement

My rear main seal let go in an a big way. Is it possible to replace the seal with the engine in the truck? I know the rest of the engine is in good shape. I'd like to fix this leak without the hassel of pulling the whole engine. Any suggestions? Condolences? Etc?
