Its a complete headlamp assembly, glass lens holder for H4 Halogen Bulbs. Buy the right one and you remove the old sealed beam and put this in its place. The lens is designed for H4 and also is designed to trow different fields of light, depending on which one you buy. Instead of the yellow sealed beam projection, this is a very white light.
