According to my Dodge Truck Parts Catalog #81-690-0817, 1963-68, page 9-45, section 9-67-0, the front insulator part number is: 1938 405. There is an illustration that shows the front insulator support on page 9-20 and states in the illustration title as being for the 251 CU IN engine used in the W300M.
