oil leaks

have a couple of small oil leaks on the command car. engine was a crate motor from the usgovt. i changed the head gasket before i installed, but did not change timing gasket and oil pan gasket. can these be changed with the motor in the truck? can the timing cover gasket be changed with the grill and rad in place? weighing my options as its not terrible leaking against taking the nose of the truck off.
