Brake light switch wiring question

What do you guys use to connect the brake light wires to your brake light switch? The switch on my 1950 PW has two posts on top that are about 1/8" diameter. I've twisted the wires around them temporarily, but that lasts only a few bumps downed the road. Thanks for your help, love the forum!
