Hooking a NV-4500 to the T Case is no issue.
Its just a very short intermediate propeller shaft. My Power Wagon is this way. I can supply all the Spicer numbers for the very short drive shaft. You would absolutely need a early 2 wheel drive GM NV-4500, which I also use on my PW. The huge issue is connecting the NV-4500 to some bell house that will also mate to the engine. I never looked into it, but anything can be done.
