Dodge 360 Starter Mounting

My starter mounts on a 7/16 Bolt top and a 7/16 stud bottom. The starter has a 7/16 hole top and a 9/16 hole bottom. Is there a special nut, ferrule or washer for the bottom hole. Been to 2 local Dodge dealers with no luck.
