A few years ago, I sent MoparNorm a big box with a Bell Housing. UPS tracking and UPS Internal Tracking showed it entered the East Syracuse, NY Hub..........But it never left the hub......Duh....how can you not find a huge box in a building. Insurance was paid, case closed by UPS
