Dad used to spray +/- 300 acres of beans with the spray mast on the front of the tractor, to catch the jumpers before they were spooked when driven over. Driving down the road couple of miles would heat up the axle and spray would cool off the bearings and get sucked into voids, so with grease fittings he flushed out the liquid from the bearings and king pin. This could help one issue.
