Sealed cabs don't do much of a job unless specifically designed. PW cabs may be modified, but I doubt it very much. The army tried it many times, most closed cab truck drivers were instructed to wind the door windows down. We had Champs back in the 60's with sealed engines and snorkels, they had an extendable steering column as well, set gear, set hand throttle, stand on seat and hang on tight - I remember it being bloody cold and wet, lol.
