Weird wheel

U of I surplus is selling 1 7.50-20 tire on a 6 lug budd rim. Any idea what that could be off of? Only 20" budd rims I know of are for 9.00-20s. Seems awful skinny, even more than the 8.25-20s on the old Ford farm trucks.
