Swaying was probably due to the PW being backed on. The wlnch, engine,transmission and transfer case weight is too far back. Better to have had it forward of the trailer axles.
Incidentally, I totaled a 2000 Dakota when the right rear tire on the Dakota blew out while pulling an empty flatbed trailer. We rolled 1 1/4 times at 70 mph on a clear, dry road.
