If your drums are worn and have a ridge on the outter edge and a wheel cylinder that is froze due to rust/oxidation, the only way is to take the brake line off, screw out the two bolts that hold the cylinder, and pull the hub/drum assembly together. This will bend shoes at the bottom, and brake clips, but those can be straightened.
