Intake gasket on backwards?

Huge big vacuum leak, like the brake booster hose/fitting that goes to those two runners? PCv system? Or wrong carb base gasket, or on up side down? Or maybe an iron carb base with a big hole rusted in it?

PLUS maybe another problem?

And in the so basic only an idiot would do it wrong, so I hate to mention it, file- Did you put the spark plug wires in to the cap in the right rotation direction? Clockwise or CC?
