Thanks! I should have thought about welding up one, I was stuck on making it from a solid block of metal with a mill.

Anyone have a rough measurement for the back surface that mounts to the winch to the center of the holes for the pin? Looks like that's the only key dimension. The rest I can figure out from the handle I have.

Good idea bout making the gear box holed 5/16, I'll do that.
