Found a truck

I found a flat fender truck sitting in the corner of a dry warehouse, a couple of days ago, that looks like its been there for a while.
It's red with the name of a fire dept. on the door. I didn't have much time to really take a close look. It looks like another set of axles sitting on a pallet next to it.
What do I look for ?
Where is the serial number ?
I've owned a '70 W-200 since 1985 and a '68 W-200 before that.I have an idea but I'm new to the flat fender rodeo.
