Greg, I don't think I have any pics but you should look at Paul M's build pics and you'll see how he did his hydraulic winch. Basically just need a hydraulic pump mounted driven by the pto, a valve, hydraulic reservoir, and hydraulic motor on the winch with some control rods to the levers. On my truck I have a dump body which is also run by the hydraulic system.
