Pic is of the lip around the floor opening. Right side, taken from looking outward. I know, pic sucks, but it is hot and humid today, a new pic will have to wait.

From under the truck, try to use a piece of card stock in there as a feeler gauge. I've got a beer bottle cap and a half as clearance now, with a stripped cab.

On the other side, the divot is bigger. And that lip on this cab has been trimmed away.
