For what it's worth....
every one i know that has bought an old BMW thinking they could get it fixed etc.
they all sold it months or years later having spent lots o money and never got it working well enough to pass inspection.
Also if it doesn't have a title i would not touch it.... it is one thing to buy a FFPW from a farmers field that never was registered.
but a BMW is a popular stolen vehicle and was pretty much required to be registered and titled at some point.
the fact that it has missing parts and computer that is not hooked up.....
sounds sketchy to me.
